Viticulture
In the Viticulture program, you will learn to understand current practices for establishing a commercial vineyard while maintaining its health and productivity. You will also receive hands-on, practical field experience that will lead you through the entire growing season from pruning in early spring to harvest in the summer. After graduation, you will be prepared to become an owner/operator of a vineyard or to seek a career in a commercial vineyard.
