Advanced Technologies
The Advanced Technology division at Indian Hills offers a wide variety of programs designed to prepare students to excel in today's job market. We teach real workforce skills through hands-on learning experiences.
Our programs are developed and reviewed in consultation with advisory committees selected from representative business, institutional, and industrial employers. This helps to ensure that our curriculum addresses the industry needs of today and the near future.
Our students receive training for entry-level positions in two years or less. Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree programs vary in length from 18 to 24 months, depending on the occupational area. Diploma programs vary in length from 6 to 12 months. Selected programs are available in the evening for non-traditional students and some courses are offered online.
Whether you're interested in administration, agriculture, automotive technology, aviation, computers, construction, culinary arts, drafting, electronics, ethanol and bioprocessing, lasers, manufacturing, robotics, or other technology and service related fields, we are confident that we have a program that's right for you.
