Overview
The Indian Hills basketball program has enjoyed remarkable success over the past two decades. Since the start of the 1989-90 season, the Warriors have won 83% of their games and averaged almost 29 wins per season, winning 30 or more games nine different seasons. Indian Hills is the only school to win three consecutive NJCAA Division I national championships, winning the title in 1997, ’98 and ’99.
The Warriors play their home games at the Hellyer Student Life Center on the Indian Hills Community College Ottumwa Campus and to say they have had a home court advantage there is a real understatement. Indian Hills has won over 91% of its home games in the past 17 seasons and has gone undefeated at home seven times in those 17 years.
