Nutrition for Dietary Managers - HEA*5050*601 (33605)
Examines the basic concepts and science of nutrition for foodservice professionals.
Foodservice Management for Dietary Managers - HEA*5055*601 (33606)
Examines foodservice safety and sanitation regulations and HACCP guidelines as well as oversight of institutional foodservice operations and other related mandatory topics for CDMs.
Dietary Manager Fieldwork - HEA*5060*601 (33607)
This course requires 150 hours of supervised experience in institutional foodservice operations, 50 hours of supervised experience in food service department management, and 50 hours of Registered Dietitian supervised experience in nutrition patient care.
